Great people and great service. They were able to find the part i needed at a reasonable price. Very efficient service got me in and out quick. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommend.

Hex 6 is resourceful and helpful! We were on a summer road trip when our camper’s suspension broke on the interstate, leaving us stranded and needing to stay overnight in Tyler. Hex 6 provided useful information during a challenging time even when they didn’t have the part. We truly appreciated the assistance and support. Thank you for helping us get back on the road! Molly

Took my trailer in for an estimate on physical damage for my insurance claim, after my trailer was hit by a tornado. Shortly after they stopped communicating with us and were only communicating with the insurance company. That was weird because we were the actual ones that called and set up the estimate. We dropped the truck off April, 20 2025 easter Sunday they were closed but they gave us the code to the gate. After calling and asking numerous times about the estimate they finally sent it on the 28th which we sent to our insurance company. The insurance company had there estimate done before hex6 and it was in there yard. The insurance deemed a total loss May 1st. We contacted hex6 and asked how much we owe for the estimate. The lady at front said she will send an invoice. So end the day May 7th we finally get an invoice with 10 days of storage fees already applied. So I’m calling about the ten days of storage and I didn’t get a bill or anything to pick up the trailer she said she would have to ask boss and he left . On the 8th is when I realize they were not do legitimate business. I asked again how you charge me storage without giving me a bill to pay or calling to inform me i

UPDATE: I spoke with Sarah, one of the owners, and she made the situation right. I was given a partial refund the following day. Sarah was kind, understanding, listened to my concerns and immediately made it right. This is what accountability looks like, being able to admit when a mistake was made and correct it. I appreciate that very much! I was referred to Hex6 back in December by my RV shop for chassis work on my Class A Diesel Motorhome. When I initially spoke with Caleb, he stated that all new customers received a complimentary bumper to bumper inspection to alert on any unknown issues. I was initially going to schedule for a full service on my Onan generator and then during the complimentary inspection, I asked if they would take a GENERAL look at a small oil leak I have on my 3126 CAT. I explained I was trying to conserve as much money as possible so I didn’t want an in depth exploration but asked if during the inspection they could check it out. I told him it was on the passenger side and that I had been told it was a “minor leak” that was best maintained with frequent oil checks but that I was getting ready to make a 2000 mile trip (alone) and wanted to know their tho

Avoid this place at all costs. We dropped our trailer off at HEX-6 just for an estimate—nothing more. It took them TWO WEEKS to get back to us. Meanwhile, they were trying to work directly with our insurance to get paid for repairs we never approved. Once our insurance declared the trailer a total loss and we told them we wouldn’t be moving forward with any work, they hit us with an $800 “storage fee” out of nowhere. Not once were we told there would be storage fees while we waited on an estimate. They never mentioned it in writing, in person, or over the phone. Now they’re trying to hold our trailer hostage until we pay it. This place operates like a scam—completely unprofessional, shady, and dishonest. Be careful—they’ll try to squeeze money out of you any way they can. I wouldn’t trust them with a wheelbarrow, let alone a trailer.
